Packing checklist

What to include
  • Power off the device; leave the battery installed.
  • No chargers, straps, SD cards, or cases.
  • Write your ticket number and contact inside.
  • For laptops: back up data; include password or disable it temporarily.
  • 2–3 inches of padding around all sides of the device.

Tip: Shake the box gently—nothing should move inside.
